Any investors out there buying Potcoin?

I see this 4/20 release of information on all that Potcoin is doing and it makes me think the value will be headed upward, but I wonder why it has been bouncing around so much. I bought in at .15 it went to .30 now its back to .14..

You think this 4/20 thing will make a difference?
