Go to Coinmarketcap[1] and search the token you're planning on selling, then click on the Markets tab. Listed below there are exchanges whereas you can sell those tokens.

Generally, most "tokens" are not listed yet in Coinmarketcap. Based on the way OP asked questions, Im assume OP holds an ERC20 tokens.
OP if you can't found it via following the instruction above then it might not yet listed. In here, may we know or have a screenshot of your token list?
How can i exchange tokens from my wallet? I have tokens there and some have prices but i don't know where i can transfer it to another wallet in exchange of bitcoin to peso.
You will trade first your tokens on their pair (ETH, BTC). If there is no direct BTC pair you will need to do trade it first on available pair then trade it to BTC. But since you mentioned "PESO" , I will assume you are using coins.ph. You can directly transfer ETH there as they supported it now just to save fees when dealing on BTC trades.
