Hi. I had a problem with my account I have always accessed my account with the light client of Waves, but now with the update it does not let me access. I have the seed and the password, but there are no coins, and in waves explorer no transaction appears. Does anyone know how I can contact support?

SAVE THE SEEDS
You need to uninstall the application and clear the device cache.
After that, you need to install the application manually (the current version from the site of wavesplatform.com)
Then restore your account with the seed.
If there is no result, contact the waves support service by creating a ticket.
