Hi there! Would be glad to know which services do you use to avoid extra charge.
I think IDEX and forkdelta are with low fees, Don't like binance and bittrex.
Both IDEX and forkdelta, don't have the liquidity like binance and bittrex.
They also don't have enough pair's.
And the cost of Binance is one of the lowest.
