As many of you probably already know, we have been contacted by the North Carolina Secretary of State and we are having a meeting with them on April 20th. The outlook for this meeting is very positive. Our legal team is joining us for the meeting and we will be taking our IoT hardware in to give a full demo of of our platform and to disclose all info about our project. We will be issuing updates up to the meeting and a large announcement is coming after the meeting.

At the advice of our legal team, the ICO schedule to launch on April 16th has been postponed until after the meeting with the State.
