i am install btcp in ledger but not open wallet and write"opening your wallet... please wait,this may take few minute"but wait and not open why? 
**Taken from redditSeems you are trying to use the Bitcoin Chrome App... you'l need to wait for a release of the electrum wallet from the btcp team... that will talk to the ledger...
