Gender equity is just a beautiful quote! I do not think that this equity really applies, and this is seen in the sphere of leadership, everything that holds the intellectual aspects, the woman being considered just beautiful, not wise, and society is driving this image more and more, the one in which the woman can not hold both qualities at the same time.
