I'm not sure how that could be misinterpreted. It was literally an advert to try trade merits. Stop trying to squirm out of taking responsibility for what you were attempting to do which was to exchange merits. And then there's the copy and pasting which you admitted to and you adding attribution once caught doesn't magically make it ok.
This is very easy to prove and check. Just look at this thread you refer to. There are time stamps by each post and like I said hundred times before missed quotation was resolved just after it happened. User reminds me of that in next post (after mine without quote) and we have a conversation about missed quotation few next posts long. Finally, I have apologized and added an announcement in my post that I used other users content and pasted their usernames before you tagged me.

I have said this before but I will repeat to defend myself. I used quotation in begin but when started to delete unneeded text my post looks bad and there where no way to see my answer outside quotation. That is why, I added "when in hurry" and told in my original post that this, not quoted text is to find few answers above mine. I thought it will be enough. Anyways, after users remind me that this could be forum rules abuse, I apologized and added an announcement in my post that I used content from other users and put their usernames. I have done that few minutes after my original post and a few hours later I got red trust for "copy content from other users without proper attribution".
Finally, I have deleted this post but members quoted me few times during discussion and all is to find using links above or link Hilariousandco refer to and posts after that. We have the discussion about this situation just after this happened and everything, I am now repeating here is true and to find in this posts. Today, I know all about deleting posts, changing quote size, use strings or dots but sooner, I didn't know too much about this because always quoted hall text without deleting anything. This is easy to check, just look at my previous posts. I didn't know that this lack of knowledge will bring me red trust one day.
I haven't plagiarized anybody just made a mistake by quotation and 5 minutes later fixed it. Avatar was copied from a legendary member Jeremycoin. He was very active in merits thread, where you tagged me. I thought this is a great way to let people know about merits and that I will reward them for quality content. If a legendary member uses an avatar like this, I was sure this is no rules violation, especially together with my merit policy. The merit system was introduced few days sooner and there was no clear rules or restrictions. Jeremycoin was using this avatar a few days more, with no merits policy at all, even after I pointed this out in my thread and in the PM to Hilariousandco. I don't see red trust given to him.
"Merits 4 smerits" says avatar but my merits policy says: only for high-quality content, no merits in return. If avatar would be bigger I will put all text inside him but was too small and that is why I have added a merits policy which I have seen in few high-rank users profiles.
Would you be so kind Hilariousandco and answer to this post this is already the 3rd month passed away. 40 days from last answer in this thread.. I was few times rejected and restricted from activities on the forum because of this negative trust, especially missed quotation was the main reason.
I will be glad to hear your opinions Bitcointalk members.
