LikeCoin is a currency for rewarding creativity. It can be used in likecoin.store as well as online services that have adopted the LikeCoin protocol. LikeCoin allows users to reward contents by proof of creativity.
LikeCoin addresses two pain points experienced by all in the creative industries: 1) The majority of creative content does not generate revenue; and 2) Content is often lost with the shutting down of web and social media sites. The LikeCoin protocol provides a mechanism for creatives to be compensated for their original or derivative works. In addition, content is forever stored on the blockchain, and will always be retrievable.
