Coinbene has already officially announced /confirmed the addition of BTCZ.
They simply asked for a little more time for the implementation of the coin.
Don't forget that btcz is offering strong encryption so some technical issues have to be solved by each exchange adding it.

Soon,  more and more exchanges are going to add BTCZ.
It's a matter of time for a so well supported (by strong devs and community) coin which started in the most FAIR way to be widely popular and adopted for transactions.
Have faith in btcz,  it will be one of the very few digital coins which will be really precious in the next years, because it is not a bubble like other airdroped, hard forked coins or coins with icos and premining.
