Under what circumstances is trading preferred over holding?

It's depend upon the situation where we in just like now almost of coins are in dip just like bitcoin. For now it is better to hold up our coins due to a little dump we had for now. And when the time every coins recover then it is the right to trade all of those coins you kept. However, if you have enough funds then you might do those both options.
