What kind of wallet will you advise? a purse should support different coins on different block. It is necessary that it be reliable and with two-factor authentication. 
For bitcoin usage you may go with the Electrum, Multibit and Bitcore wallet. If you wish to better security than anyone hardware wallets are helpful in that.
To save the ERC20 tokens best option for that is MyEtherWallet none of the other wallet will be helpful for you in that. Some Jaxx can be a good one.
If you have the online wallet also no problem but please enable 2FA and keep logging into the wallet with the perfect URL. If you miss to logging in perfectly and going with google search you will find the trouble for sure.
