anche a me sinceramente sembra molto strano.Poi chissà...con un gran colpo di c..o abbiamo beccato l'airdrop del 2018 stile DECRED 
Più che altro io non ho capito la storia del listing price, che così va in exchange diretto ad un prezzo ICO x 5....
Copio da quanto scrive l'admin su telegram:
- "The exchange has analyzed the project and all the buy orders from large investors of Helbiz who missed the ICO and have reached out over the lasy month. They have set the price at 0.0015eth."
- "We have several large investors and funds who have reached out directly in the wake of current partnerships to buy in at 0.0015eth".
- "We have several large scale partnerships being announced soon, discussing being the exclusive digital currency with fortune 500 companies, all in all 0.75$ will be low considering the usage ability over the next couple of months"
Che magari ci sta pure, il progetto in se è valido e potrebbe essere senza problemi un prezzo ragionevole (supply 440M circa se non sbaglio), però io non avevo mai sentito una cosa simile.
(aggiungo che non avevano raggiunto hard cap in ICO ma circa il 96%)
Intanto ovviamente spero che sia tutto come dicono, vedremo settimana prossima:D
