ICO now give only a positive result, then why should they die in 2018?there's no way in my mind this is gonna happen.
As we see, ICO has collected and continues to collect tens of billions of dollars. ICO continues to exist. A huge minus is a great many scammers! It would be desirable, that the states have undertaken regulation of ICO.
