Ugh so many errors trying to get these to boot up in Win7. Can't even get BFGminer to recognize them. Trying to pull any useful info out of the support thread is a joke too lol 
Try hitting the reset button on it does it show in device manager? I had to disable and enable in device manager to get it to show up.
