Yes it is,in our country which is philippines doesnt  care about these cryptocurrencies because the government is more focused on other things such as education,food,and other stuffs because we are from the 3rd world country,as far as i can see bitcoin are being recognize to some of the establishments,we already have plenty of bitcoin atm.
