What percent will be deducted in favor of the developer from each found block? Will undertake from nodes or from miners too?
Good, no percentage will be deducted from the blocks, it works as follows, an amount that can not exceed 10% of the total currency found in a week (about 7 days 1440 7 / 100 10) can be allocated to the budget with proposals, receiving minimum the votes have entered the pay list, bids that are within the budget will be paid, then a super block is added to the nanucoin supply. A proposal must be submitted at least three days before the budget deadline.
