You just need TIME and you are good to go.

Especially in joining social media campaigns at different projects, if you can handle properly and manages your time, you can do multi tasking.
I don't have much free time in a day cause I still have to work for my real job about 7 - 8 hours per day. Can you suggest to me anyway to manage all campaign that you joined and still don't have any mistake like forget submitting retweet or share or something like that? My mind is really bad so I'm afraid that I can't remember all campaigns that I joined Smiley)
Make an excel sheet describing each campaign with rules and links to bitcointalk, twitter, facebook. This is a good tool to make your job easier and don't keep in mind every single campaign
