It seems to me that this topic was created to gather likes. I looked through every campaign and found nothing outstanding about it. Decide for itself.
As for me, I think this topic is useful for users, who take a part in bounty campaign. It's hard to analyze all of ICOs and find good one. Here I see some good campaign, so author deserve some merit. I hope he will regularly update this topic. And users with smerits won't miss this topic.
