Umm, I don't think you are a customer. I imagine that O'rama doesn't think you are a customer either. Why would he answer hypothetical questions about a maybe customer who maybe has a problem? I call shenanigans.

People are saying I work for some competitor and yet swallow anything and everything orama says, even though he is and has been for a long time on the knc payroll. That's just laughable.
