I can see now that total marketcap started to go up since lastweek, maybe an indication of bullish market for crypto,.

And as long we are not back above 12k-14k I see no reason to get excited. Sorry to be the party pooper, but that's how I see things when I look at the chart.
In terms of your holding statement I would like to make a slightly differentiation here.
Holding Bitcoin through those times is ok. Everyone a few years in the crypto space knows why holding Bitcoin for a long term makes sense. However holding altcoins is just crazy and irresponsible. They are good for trading and to make more BTC, but that's it. Every crypto og trader will admit when he is honest to you.
So holding one thing is not the same as holding other things!
