Gentlemen, I have a little problem with Minute Staff. I have completed three tasks (join with mail) and my tasks are frozen as they require some kind of "staff review" to be credited. One of those is there since days and nothing happens. There is no link to their support, so I cannot contact them to report the isuue.
With all the other providers you can open a ticket in case something goes wrong (not PTC Wall). How to get in touch with them? It isn't an enormous amount (1500 coins in all), but every coin matters.
Any suggestion?

From what I've gathered, Minute Staff is not an ordinary company with an ordinary support team. It's more like a crappy site run by a few indonesian guys from their home. Probably the site itself is hosted on their home computer, lol. I wouldn't expect any kind of support from them, just wait and hope for the best. I have several tasks awaiting staff verification since two weeks now.
You are of great confort, D4m1en. I was really waiting for a word of hope coming from somebody who managed to retrieve the coins from them. Thanks a lot. In case I'll fall into depression, I will drop you a couple of lines
