After mining few atl coins and few satoshis, i have planned to move to Ledger Nano S.

Just set up my Ledger Nano S,

curious to know what are the fees involves for

1) Exchange to Ledger Nano S
2) Ledger Nano S to Exchange

I'm still fairly new to Ledger Nano S, so please be gentle.
