Looks great! Not your average copycat cryptonight / cryptonote project 
I think what they did was compared the cryptonight algo and made a custom crypronight also. I hope this is a true ASIC as ETH has an ASIC in motion. I don't know the technicals, but as far as I understood, this is impossible to miner other then with their own meiner and only at cpu, so yes, it's ASIC resistant. Maybe @jannoi can had more info regarding this on this forum. (Not sure if this is already answered before)
