You will need to give more info, like txid so we can make sure that the transaction was confirmed.
If it was confirmed then the problem is in the site you are using, not with the bitcoins.

Seems like coinpayments doesn't accept direct transactions from exchanges,
batch transactions might cause an issue to them.
and/orKraken deducted the withdrawal fee from the value you requested making the final sent balance short from coinpayment's merchant requested BTC amount.
Which of those outputs is your coinpayment deposit address and how much BTC they're expecting?
