When BTC price was at least $12,000 there were a few talk here on this thread about mining.  Right now, it's probably not too profitable to mine because of the electricity costs, but would be a good time to buy mining equipment from those who decided to give up mining.  Which Baikal Miner are you interested in?  Mini X11, Giant N or Giant B?  Might want to try eBay or Aliexpress to get the best deal.  A friend of mine just bought BitMain Antminer S9 on eBay he said he got a very good deal on it.
