That was really a very good answer to give to anyone asking for the best time to buy. Since most of us have missed the starting point, even though some of us had the chance, I guess the only best time available is just now. There is really nothing else we can expect in the short term anyway than to wait for the long term, the same way those who waited since 2009 did.

 Nevertheless, to buttress what you said last, a lot of people waited for the perfect time early last year, but they just did not get it.
