what is the commission to withdraw from the wallet to the stock exchange?

Note that sending fee from your wallet to exchange is not that high but if you have coins in cryptopia and you want to withdraw your coins their free is 5 ETN. I find that fee to high. Other much cheaper coins have that fee much lower.
