Ugh. I'm having trouble using Electrum. Got about 100$ in my wallet from Kraken and sent about 95$ to a merchant at coinpayments.net and its been 24 hours no transactions on their site. Checked transaction on blockchain.info 154 transactions. I believe I had the slider in the middle for fee's when sending bitcoins but there's no telling. Double checked the receiving address at coinpayments.net before I sent. Any helpful info? This really sucks and I kind of need it to go through asap.
Edit: I am a noob to this stuff. I used to have bitcoins when Mt.Gox was a thing but haven't used them since. Maybe some beginner mistake I made?
Can you confirm that you send
BTC from Electrum to Coinpayments address,not from Kraken to Coinpayments?If this is the case you should post transaction from Electrum history(right click on transaction/show on blockchain).Sometimes merchant have more coin options for payment,maybe you sent
BTC to BitcoinCash address?Did you get confirmation e-mail from Coinpayments?
I made few payments through Coinpayments in last few days and I did not have any problems.
Yes it was from Electrum to Coinpayments.
I have been on customer support with coinpayments and they have no idea what happened either. No confirmation e-mail from coinpayments.
Also, something weird.. the "amount" in electrum for the transaction is "+11.19"...
