Yes, I agree. No any information concerning bounty distribution for long time. There is any update concerning the date of bounty distribution? Telegram admins can't say any useful information and ask to refer bitcointalk bounty thread.

There is a conversation about KYC for bounty distribution. An admin said "You need the KYC for Bounty". I didn't see this requirement on the bounty announcement. Sylon, would you like to clear us about this subject.

This is a pure nonsense. I have no idea of who this community manager is, and KYC was never included in the bounty campaign rules. I don't know why he's made such statement while he was not involded ever in the bounty campaign creation... I have making a severe investigation right now to clear that point.
