Well, besides the Victim Impact statements which are still rolling in, even more evidence is being collected.
That's all I can say for now, but the Federal case is getting stronger & his defense playing the Sympathy Card for being made an Internet Meme is not going to be very effective in mitigating his sentence.
GAWsuit victims will likely do much better in collecting restitution than the Cryptsy settlement did.

Feds are theoretically fining Homero $10-$20 million to go towards restitution, (which Homero claims he hasn't got, but will start earning 18 cents an hour scrubbing toilets SOON™)


I thought the Federal case was strong enough that he plead guilty already?  What good is more evidence?  I am surprised more impact statements are rolling in?  I wonder what is motivating them?  For a guy with such a pervasive internet presence the internet is quiet as can be when you google Homero Joshua Garza.
