why can, he already has 50 merit but rank still Jr.Member?
is this a cheating? or system failure?
the first time I've also seen not even 50 merits, but 100 merit as I recall
The reason is the user still does not have enough activity to rank up.
It's only 50 now. To become a member you need 60 activities.
