Hi Guys,

can someone of you please assist?
My rig doesn't run stable at all.

sys:
win 10 pro
8x GTX 1070 from msi, evga and palit
2x PSU - 1000W and 850W
page file is set to min. 17000MB and max to 57000MB.

Thanks a lot in advance!!

thats my command line:

Code:
:restart
setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100

PhoenixMiner.exe -nvidia -rmode 1 -wdog 1 -pool eth-eu1.nanopool.org:9999 -pool2 eth-eu2.nanopool.org:9999 -wal wallet.worker/email -pass x -ftime 10
goto :restart

First, if the first GPU to fail is (almost) always the same, lower its memory overclock (your hasrates are pretty high for 1070). Also, the restart loop your .bat file is not a good idea when using anything else than -rmode 0 because if PhoenixMiner.exe restarts by itself, your .bat file will start another instance of the miner and you will have two instances of PhoenixMiner trying to mine using the same GPUs, which obviously will lead to problems. So, either remove goto :restart or use -rmode 0 in your .bat file.

Yesterday I changed all of my riser cards, usb cables, etc. and I increased the fan speed for all cards and lowered the mem clock to 700 as well. The rig is now running stable for about 19 hours. 1900 shares and ZERO stales!!! very nice!!! good job!! Smiley
thanks for your help!!!!!

...but I have another 2 questions:

1st: what is the correct command line for the reboot.bat and the command line for the miner, if I choose the -rmode 2 option?
- The first function should be, when not enough shares can be found, the miner should restart
- if the miner crashes "normal", the miner should restart
- if the crash happens again, the miner should restart the rig
-- is this possible?!

--- miner: "PhoenixMiner.exe -nvNew 1 -stales 1 -rmode 2 -wdog 1 -pool etc-eu1.nanopool.org:19999 -pool2 etc-eu2.nanopool.org:19999 -wal wallet.worker/email -pass x -ftime 10"
--- reboot.bat: "shutdown /r /t 1 /f"?

2nd: is it possible to show some kind of hardware monitor for nvidia cards? especially the watts of each gpu within the miner. I really really would love to have this function!! --- or is it the -qswin (i.e. 15) option?
