They are as quiet as 6 fans at 1350rpm can be. So yeah - not silent, but rather quiet

Someone sent me some BTC... a substantial amount... but it looks as if they didn't pay the transaction fees; the deposit into my account is "unconfirmed" now for almost 24 hours, and on blockchain.info, the que position of the transaction keeps getting bumped down...
Should I be worried? How long to clear?
So, does this mean pools search for transactions with fees, and it might not get picked up by the blockchain until a diff increase?
blockchain.info will refund to the sender after 36-48 hours or so if no miner is kind enough to include it in a block.
