Of course a big capital in able to create a big idea. Having big idea but don't have enough capital to make the idea reality, it will remain idea. Or you can make your idea reality but not exactly the whole idea. What i mean is you make it partly not as a whole then when it click then it is for the future renovation or adjustment.
absolutely right. the idea without being able to realize with the capital certainly will never be realized. by having the capital despite not having great ideas then it will be able to help people who have a great idea.
