You were talking english in an indian chat. After a warning you continued so thats why you got banned. I dont think this is so hard to understand.

If mostly Indian are chatting with English, then there must be many Indian users get banned (not only you) at least the one who talked to you at the the time you get banned. Do you remember those in chat who were talking with you in English? Did they get banned as well as you?
