Thats the reason some governments dont approve Bitcoin because they already know the Strength of new decentralised digital currency market,if it goes up then the government will have to come down.

Maybe the other government fears bitcoin because our government fears it atbfurst too that the banks that the government controlled night collapse if the bitcoins comes by because we all know that the bitcoins are decentralized and ut just means that there are no taxes at all and the government do not want that because all those taxes are gonna be their salaries the government employees salaries the budgets for thing project is from the taxes so without taxes government will collapse
