Bounty campaign is good for newbie if you are joining Twitter and Facebook campaign but for signature campaign I think it is a bad timing because it is impossible for you to rank your account. You need merit which very hard to get even if you have quality post.
I can not tell you that this is almost impossible, especially if you take into account the new rules for bitcointalk. Who has already earned the rank, so will remain.
