I never used Hitbtc exchange site. But i need to use it because one of my coins doing good there
But my elder brother told me hitbtc not safe totally , it stucked deposit money /Withdraw. What about now? is it safe now?

yes hitbtc has poor customer support .
also many times they disable deposit or withdrawal , in that case you will be stucked with your coins .
it hurts when you transfer coins there to sell in pump , and when it stuck then you end up with huge loss , as price get already down when you receive coins .
