Not just for newbies, but they are also a good opportunity for experienced people to earn some extra money. But you are correct, they are excellent opportunities for newcomers to get started in the cryptocurrency market and you don't have to risk losing your own money (you only have to invest your time). However, you also have to be careful and do your research to ensure it is a good team because you could be scammed or sometimes the final award won't meet your expectations (but it is a risk when dealing with a percentage of the tokens sold).
Even with the risks, I still think they are worth it. I haven't ventured intro trading yet (have been HODLing since I started, but I might give it a try with tokens earned from a campaign.
