I certainly don't find posting a fake block in any way a joke ... that is one thing that I've made quite clear in IRC in the past with bans ...
I'll do it here also if necessary.

He or she is just taking taking a piss of the rest of us clap and cheer when real block hits.

No, the problem is that he basically called a bunch of people idiots, then they made a joke of it, then he abused them for what he started.
I don't mind the making a joke of it, but I did mind the abuse.

However, posting a "block" is pretty much like calling 911 for a joke ... it's not funny around here.
... and as I said, I consider it bannable so take the warning.
