I think, You have mentioned that crypto prices has been going down quite rapidly during last 3 months. Of course, price drops are creating the panic and pessimistic moods in the community, creating the fear for investments. This is quite logical reaction on tough situation. Now market has started to recover, so people is gaining back the confidence in crypto world development. That was the reason for ICO extension.
