why would any exchange want to move to england? they won't be able to get a bank account there. they'll have to bank in europe even if they're using GBP. that might be changing some day, but right now it hasn't.

and moving from one niche currency to another, which is what GBP is in the crypto market, doesn't make much sense. i'd only be looking to EUR zones myself.

Yeah, EU zone is best bet, especially with a number of countries already serving/hosting exchanges quite amicably. You can always risk one of those so-called new crypto havens outside of the EU, but you'd benefit more from the prestige and reliability of a more established jurisdiction. With tax breaks for most new businesses too, it's actually a lot more of an incentive. UK's really not a great idea at the moment.
