I also have issues with the payout of LTC, no support available, are they on vacation? no message since Saturday. 
So I am not the only one with the withdrawal problem.
I also tried to withdraw LTC and got the same error.
Support not responding to my messages.
Maybe they have some problems I guess.
We will see today.
