There seems to be a problem with the withdrawal, it deducted the amount I was trying to withdraw after giving me a "File locked" error without sending me a confirmation link via email and the "Withdrawl detail" section is empty. All resolved, apparently some internal server issues.

Good to hear. We are actually upgrading our system at the moment, so all withdrawals are being sent manually in batches every few hours. If anyone has a concern, please fill out a support ticket and we will take a look. Sorry for the inconvenience but it will end up being a major improvement!
