OP, in my own experience, i take a very good consideration the bounty manager whose handling the ICO. There were so many respected and highly recommended bounty managers that you can look into. If an ICO is handled by such manager, then in my own opinion, it is a good bounty because i truly believe that they will not risk their name and reputation for one scam project.
