“The protocol with the game will be accessing information from standard real estate forms to answer customer questions.”

I think that is great that AI can be utilized to streamline mundane tasks and answer questions from customers and give them the ability to access documents to actually “see” the progress of the real estate transaction.  This eliminates playing “phone tag” with the broker or agent and have their question answered of “What is the status of the transaction?”  or “Where are we at in the deal?”
