I think both Capital and Ideas need to have a successful Business. You need an ideas to identify and to make your product popular .
Of course , You need an big capital to buy all your needs for your business.
Indeed like these two will be useless if we will lacking any of those however big capital isn't that necessary at first because if we have a great and big idea then profit will follow and we can use that profit to expand our business. And bare in mind that the higher the capital the bigger chances for having high risk.
