Awesome idea. Some people really have to illegaly download contecnt, not because they are pirates, but just because there's no way to do it in other way. I love the idea of reqarding content
In no case should pirates and fans be considered as a whole. Fans are forced to break the law to see their favorite movie or TV series, because they can not pay for content.
