If I don't miss understanding the situation, this is an old coin that are reborn and joined with another.
A Reborn project usually have about -15days for me to finish the job first.
That is correct, originally birthed in January 2017. Only the development has collaborated, no other coins/currencies.

That is a possibility, but the answer is unknown for now, once the first development collaboration has taken place then i may have some of the gaps filled in.
